Did I tell you that we make our own couverture (fine grade) chocolate from scratch. We rotate what counties raw material we use. Nevertheless it is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Our bars range from 70%-72%. Oh, the color? We use a natural line of colored Cocoa Butter. The artistry guarantee you getting your personal original for consumption. Sometime the rear is marbled, sometimes covered with shaving, but also can be plain. No claim to be friends with a smooth finish.
